Andrew (I think that was his name) answered all my questions, explaining some facets of the newer five series range that I hadn't realised. It is disappointing that it is now so difficult to get x-drive, as it is now limited to very specific models.

I called to book my car in for a re-call issue. This was handled professionally and a confirmation email was sent. The process was let down by sending me a time to check in email when I had already had a confirmation email of my booking.

Arnold Clark completed some kind of check on the vehicle without any prior discussion. I've dealt with Arnold Clark in the past going back to around 2001 and it feels like they are trying to get money out of you. The car was in for a free recall.

Great flexibility and service with a private desk provided for working while awaiting for the car. Car was also washed and hoovered. I suggest topping up all tanks too, eg screen washer (thic could be complimentary), AdBlue (for a cost), etc....

Cost, cost, cost. For a minor service, which eventually included a brake service and an issue with the auto hold which still hasn't been resolved, it was over £1000??????. I also asked for some new pads for the drivers car mat which were never sorted

I am extremely dissatisfied with BMW Arnold Clark Glasgow. My car is a 2018 BMW X3 30d which I bought from this garage under 1 year ago. It came with 12 months warranty and the garage say that a drive shaft is not covered. Completely unacceptable.
